Bernice has the prettiest udder we’ve had on a first freshener in a while. It has everything – huge area of attachment, high & wide rear, long fore, strong medial and lovely sized teats. Bernice is serious about being a milk goat. She freshened on Valentine’s day in 2025 and she is due in February again in 2026. It is Thanksgiving, and I cannot persuade her to even let me milk once a day. What a perfect first freshener!! Bernice’s only flaw is that she has heavy shoulders, and that doesn’t bother me a bit. She will be here for life.
