Doc is extremely powerful. He has lots of bone, and is very deep and very wide-bodied. Doc is very stylish, as well as extremely correct. He has appraised E or V in all structural categories under 4 different appraisers. Doc finished his Permanent Championship as a yearling, and has won Best Buck in Show many times during his lifetime. Not only is Doc awesome as an individual, his pedigree has generation after generation of excellence. His sire, Wolfman Jack, is one of the all time great sires. On the maternal side of the pedigree, Loreleah, Leah Anne, and Eta have all placed in the Top Ten of NSBA’s prestigious Total Doe Program, and Equus was 1994’s Premier Sire. All of these animals as well as Wolfman Jack’s dam Jennifer, appraised 91 as aged animals proving that this gene pool has such extreme correctness that they are still capable of appraising 91 in their later years. Not only are they still correct, but they are still productive. Doc’s dam Loreleah kidded this year at 11 years old with a beautiful single doe.

Doc is a very strong type buck, with a PTA for Type of +1.30. Doc passes his docstrong type to his offspring. We have three Doc daughters who are fresh, and all three are Permanent Champions. GCH Glory and SGCH Jeena both finished as 2 year old first fresheners, and SGCH Janey finished as a 3 year old. All three does have been All American or Reserve All American, and were 4 th Place Get of Sire at the 2006 National Show. Our Doc daughters are proving high in components - SGCH Janey’s lifetime 3.9%bft 2.9%pro; SGCH Jeena’s lifetime 3.5%bft 3.0%pro. Doc earned his SG designation this year for being in the Top 15% Sires for the Saanen breed. Doc is turning out to be the best buck we’ve ever owned!
